Ingredients
½ pound Master Cut Beef Stir-Fry Strips
3 cups shredded cabbage
2 cups shredded carrots
1 can water chestnuts, drained
½-1 cup Asian peanut sauce to taste
1 cup chopped green onions
Preparation
In large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat, cook beef until browned5 minutes. Add cabbage, carrots and water chestnuts. Stir; cook 5 minutes until tender. Reduce heat to medium-low, add sauce; simmer 3-5 minutes. Top with green onions. Serve over brown rice or noodles. Serves 4.
