Ingredients
1/2 pound sweet Italian sausage, casing removed
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 can (14.5 ounces) Sunny Select Diced Italian Tomatoes
1 cup red wine
2 tablespoons prepared pesto
10-12 ounces pasta, prepared according to package directions*
1/4 cup Sunny Select Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
In large non-stick skillet, cook sausage and mushrooms on medium-high5 minutes, stirring. Add tomatoes, wine and pesto; stir. Reduce heat tomedium-low; simmer 5-10 minutes. Gently stir pasta into skillet or serve sauce over pasta. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serves 4.
