Ingredients
2 packages fresh or frozen cheese tortellini
1 tablespoon Sunnyside Farms Unsalted Butter
1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into ½-inch pieces
1 teaspoon EACH chopped garlic AND sage
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups sliced mushrooms
¼ cups Sunny Select Fat-Free Chicken Broth
1 ½ cups Sunnyside Farms Heavy Cream
1 cup Sunny Select Frozen Peas
½ cup Sunny Select Gorgonzola Cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Heat large pot of water to boiling. Add tortellini, cook as label directs; drain. Meanwhile, in large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken, garlic, sage and onion; cook 3 minutes, stirring. Stir in mushrooms; cook 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in broth and cream; cook 5 minutes. Gently stir tortellini and peas into chicken mixture; cook 2 minutes or until heated through. Remove pan from heat; stir in cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
