When you gather friends and family together for some marvelous game-day fare, everyone wins. Dust off your slow cooker for our Smoky BBQ Pork Sandwiches... they are so tangy, tender and spectacular you’ll satisfy every sports fan. Add a little crunch... top pork with a vinegar-based coleslaw. This scrumptious dip is another perfect addition to your party spread. It can be kept warm in a fondue pot or slow cooker for serving.

2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup packed Sunny Select Light Brown Sugar
4 teaspoons Sunny Select Chili Powder
1 teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon each Sunny Select Cayenne Pepper and ground black pepper
1 (6-pound) Master Cut Pork Roast, fat trimmed, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 medium yellow onions, thinly sliced
1 bottle (12 ounces) lager beer
2 cups World Classics Barbeque Sauce
10 onion buns
10 slices smoked Gouda cheese (optional)

In small bowl, combine garlic, brown sugar and seasonings. Place pork, onions and garlic mixture into slow-cooker bowl; pour beer over pork and stir, making sure onions are submerged in liquid. Cover and cook on high 7 to 8 hours or until pork shreds easily.

Transfer pork to large bowl; with slotted spoon, transfer onions to separate bowl. Shred pork with 2 forks. Remove and discard all but 1/2 cup liquid remaining in slow-cooker bowl. Return pork and onions to slow cooker; stir in barbeque sauce. Cover and cook on high 30 minutes. Serve on onion buns with cheese, if desired.
