Dust off your slow cooker for our Smoky BBQ Pork Sandwiches... they are so tangy, tender and spectacular you’ll satisfy every sports fan. Add a little crunch... top pork with a vinegar-based coleslaw. This scrumptious dip is another perfect addition to your party spread. It can be kept warm in a fondue pot or slow cooker for serving.

In small bowl, combine garlic, brown sugar and seasonings. Place pork, onions and garlic mixture into slow-cooker bowl; pour beer over pork and stir, making sure onions are submerged in liquid. Cover and cook on high 7 to 8 hours or until pork shreds easily.
Transfer pork to large bowl; with slotted spoon, transfer onions to separate bowl. Shred pork with 2 forks. Remove and discard all but 1/2 cup liquid remaining in slow-cooker bowl. Return pork and onions to slow cooker; stir in barbeque sauce. Cover and cook on high 30 minutes. Serve on onion buns with cheese, if desired.
