Raspberry-Nut Butter adds a nice touch to French toast, pancakes, waffles and other quick breads.
Makes: about 1 cup
In medium bowl, with mixer on high speed, beat butter 2 to 3 minutes or until light and fluffy, scraping bowl occasionally with rubber spatula. Reduce speed to medium; add preserves and beat 30 seconds or until well combined. Add nuts and beat 30 seconds longer or until well blended. If not serving right away, cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Allow chilled butter to stand at room temperature 30 minutes to soften slightly before serving.
