A sweet take on everyone's favorite food—one slice won't be enough.
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Spread dough flat onto coated cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Let cool. In large bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy, add marshmallow fluff. Spread over cookie crust. Add fruit mosaic.
Glaze: In saucepan, combine sugar, salt, corn starch, orange juice, lemon juice and water. Stir over medium heat, bring to a simmer for 2 minutes, until thick. Remove from heat, and add grated orange rind. Allow to cool. Spoon over fruit. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
