“Fresh Comes First” isn’t just our motto, it is our culture. That’s why we are proud to be part of the Farm-to-Fork movement in Sacramento. Celebrating local food production, consumption, sustainability and exports; the inaugural week of festivities kicked off in September.
As the “Farm-to-Fork Capital of America”, we consider ourselves lucky to be locals of the Sacramento region. With 1.5 million acres of farmland and hundreds of wineries, there is a bounty of natural goodness to go around. In fact, no major city in America is more centrally located amid such diverse agricultural land as Sacramento, California.
To recognize the region’s natural gifts, a week of celebrating farmers, chefs and the culinary community has kicked off. A cattle drive, special restaurant menus and a festival, are just some of the activities to explore everything Sacramento has to offer in farm-to-fork eating.
As a sponsor of the Farm-to-Fork Festival, we will have a station set up to feature our freshest items that are local to the region and grown in California. Be sure to stop by for a sample!

Tri Tip Canapés : Sliced Baguette with Pacific Coast Selection Creamy Horseradish, topped with Harris Ranch Tri Tip and Marin French Cheese Triple Crème Brie. Garnished with Thyme.
