Take your tastebuds on a healthy (and tasty) adventure to the Southwest! These Southwest Turkey Burgers are a great twist on the classic hamburger that you, your family and your waistline will enjoy everytime!

1-¼ pounds 94% lean ground turkey
1 garlic clove, minced
1 green onion, finely chopped (2 tablespoons)
1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced (about 2 teaspoons)
¼ red bell pepper, finely chopped (2 tablespoons)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
