Well, some studies have shown a link between lifestyle choices and breast cancer development. Alcohol intake is one of those choices. If you plan to drink alcohol, you should limit your intake to 1 glass per day. 2 to 5 glasses per day increases your risk to almost twice as likely to develop breast cancer. Also, women who are overweight or obese show a higher incidence of breast cancer. Lastly, the American Cancer Society recommends 45 to 60 minutes of daily exercise at least 5 times a week. This helps develop a strong immune function that can help decrease your risk of developing breast cancer.
